MEDICATION HOME DELIVERY SERVICE TO END
As the UK government continues planning the national lockdown exit, and with the isolation period for shielded patients coming to an end, please note that our medication home delivery service will be ceasing at the end of July. This will only change if the UK government extends the shielding policy for those persons who are deemed to be at risk of COVID-19.
If you have been receiving medication home delivery, please see below the final delivery date for your village. After these dates, you will need to arrange collection of your medication from the pharmacy. If you require on-going home delivery you must arrange this yourself with a trusted relative, friend, or neighbour; the practice and pharmacy will no longer be coordinating home deliveries.
Final village delivery dates:
Tuesday 28th July – Chaddleworth, Peasemore, Brightwalton, Leckhampstead, Boxford.
Wednesday 29th July – Compton, West Ilsley, East Ilsley, Lilley, Farnborough.
Thursday 30th July – Hampstead Norreys, Curridge, Winterbourne.
Friday 31st July – Chieveley, Hermitage, Beedon, Yattendon, Frilsham.
On behalf of The Downland Practice, thank you to all the volunteers who have given their valuable time during the COVID-19 pandemic to support our patients and staff.
