The Pharmacy team are not invincible, or 'immune' to COVID-19, so PLEASE RESPECT the measures we have in place at the pharmacy so we can continue to stay open to provide our community with prescription medication and advice as well as support for customers with minor illnesses.

Unfortunately our Pharmacy is not as spacious as we would like so, to ensure we maintain social distancing between customers, we only allow a maximum of 2 customers to be present in the shop at a time. If you are queuing to enter the Pharmacy, please wait for a customer to leave before entering. Wherever possible, our team will take steps to keep waiting times to a minimum

The number of phone calls received by the Pharmacy have trebled so you may have to wait longer before your call is answered.  During busy periods, you may have to leave your details with a member of the reception team and the Pharmacist will call you back later in the day

If you are purchasing medicines, please only buy the medicines you need now for you and your family.  We are limiting the purchases of some products to try to ensure everyone in our community has access to medicines they need.

Finally a reminder of our opening hours:

Chieveley: Monday to Friday

9.30am to 1.00pm

2.00pm to 6.00pm

The Pharmacy is also accessible, in exceptional circumstances and only by prior arrangement with the Pharmacist, from 8.00am to 9.00am and from 6.00pm to 6.30pm

Compton: Tuesday and Wednesday

Thanks again, stay safe and our best wishes to all.
