DOWNLAND PHARMACY UPDATE
MEDICATION HOME DELIVERY SERVICE TO END on 31st July 2020

As the UK government continues planning the national lockdown exit, and the isolation period for shielded patients ends, please note that our medication home delivery service will END on 31st JULY 2020. We would like to thank all the volunteers who have given their valuable time during the COVID-19 pandemic to support our patients and the Practice.

From 1st August 2020, patients will need to arrange collection of medication from the pharmacy; at Chieveley or Compton; or from one of the existing village remote collection points. If patients require ongoing home delivery, it is the PATIENTS' RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRANGE for a trusted relative, friend, or neighbour to collect their medication. The pharmacy will no longer be coordinating home deliveries.
