Chieveley Gardening Club Talk - 'Thriving in the Garden'
7.30pm Tuesday 8th October
Chieveley Village Hall
The speaker is Ron Davis, who will tell us about his work as a social and therapeutic horticulture practioner and his volunteering work for Thrive. Thrive is a national charity which uses gardening to support people living with disabilities or ill health and those who are disadvantaged, vulnerable or isolated.
The talk will start at 7.30pm and will last around an hour, followed by tea/coffee and biscuits. Entry is £2 per person, free for Gardening Club members.
Just turn up - all are welcome.
