Members Information

For all enquiries please email tennis@mychieveley.co.uk. All emails sent to this address are read by at least three of the tennis club committee members to ensure your questions are answered promptly.

Floodlights 

Floodlights are available free of charge to all members. Instructions in the clubhouse. In order to maintain good relations with our neighbours please note that floodlights automatically switch off at 10pm.

Court Priority

Formal Session take priority over general play. For general play juniors and seniors have equal priority up to 6.00pm, after this time seniors have priority, though juniors may play if courts are available.

If there are people waiting to play, please ensure that doubles are played and once the existing set is completed, play is rotated to ensure everyone gets their turn.  

Club merchandise

Please note the club has sweatshirts and polo shirts for sale bearing the tennis club logo. They are available in a full range of sizes and colour combinations. Please contact Helen Singleton on 01635 248058 for more details and prices. A selection of available merchandise will be available to view at the Open Day where orders can be taken.

Coaching 

Coaching for juniors and adults is offered through Ash Taylor Tennis. Coaching takes place at our club.

Keys for adult members

Upon joining keys are issued to members for both the clubhouse and the courts. Members will be charged for lost keys.

Keys for junior members

Upon joining junior members are issued with keys for the courts only. Clubhouse keys are not available to junior members.

Guests

Guests introduced by a member are welcome at a charge of £1.50 per Session - members are reminded to ensure guest fees are paid to a member of the committee. The courts can be hired by non-members at a cost of £6.00 per hour per court with the additional charge of £3.00 per 45 minutes for a floodlight token if required.
